Code of Conduct

We are committed to a safe, professional, and respectful environment for all participants—attendees, faculty, exhibitors, organisers, and staff. Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour is not acceptable.

Enforcement: Organisers may take appropriate action, including removal from the event.

Disclosure & scientific integrity

Presenters should disclose relevant financial and non-financial relationships related to the work being presented to support transparency and trust in scientific communication.

Privacy, media, cancellations

Privacy: We collect registration and abstract information only for conference administration. We do not sell attendee data.

Photography & media: Participants may be photographed/recorded for conference documentation. If you prefer not to appear, please inform the organisers.

Refund / cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted by email. Refund rules and cut-off dates will be published once pricing is finalised.
